Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
CTRMotion operates on a monthly, per-listing subscription model. Payments are processed through Stripe. This policy describes the terms for cancellation, plan changes, and refunds.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting support@ctrmotion.com
- You may cancel individual listing subscriptions without affecting other listings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — the service will continue to operate until the cycle ends
- After cancelling a listing subscription, visit and analytics data is retained for 90 days. This differs from full account deletion, after which all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
3. Plan Changes
Upgrade
When upgrading your plan (e.g., from Basic to Premium), the change takes effect immediately. The remaining balance for the current period is prorated accordingly.
Downgrade
When downgrading your plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy the higher-tier plan until the current cycle ends.
Position Tracking Add-on
The position tracking add-on may be enabled or disabled at any time. The change will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
General Rule
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. The service is provided on a monthly cycle basis, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle.
Exceptions — When Refunds Apply

When Refunds Do Not Apply
- Unused days remaining in the billing cycle at the time of cancellation
- Account suspension due to violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- Dissatisfaction with results (ranking outcomes are not guaranteed)
5. Billing Disputes
In the event of a billing-related issue:
- Please contact us first at support@ctrmotion.com
- Provide the date of the payment, the amount, and a description of the issue
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- You will be notified of the outcome via email
